Very disappointing experience. I chose Friendly Dental because I understood my new to Charlotte 86-year-old mother had a discount plan. I made an appointment three weeks in advance. The office didn't tell me until the day before that the plan no longer existed. We went anyway to meet the dentist, only to find out there was a substitute dentist that day. I wish they let us know that in advance! The appointment was overwhelming for both my mother and me, and we left with a proposed treatment plan totaling over $8,000. Needless to say, we did not return. I would encourage others to ask plenty of questions about pricing, treatment plans, and who will actually be seeing you for your appointment. It was a waste of our time and money.

These folks are simply the most professional and genuinely the nicest folks you will ever meet. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist office. Thanks FD team!! R

Dr.Mann and the team at Friendly Dental Group of Southpark were phenomenal. As i walked in I was greeted by a big warm smile. Check-in process was smooth and fast. The dental assistant made me feel comfortable ask me short Intentional questions. Made me feel heard and in control of whatever choice I would want to make that day. Dr.Man explained to me everything that was happening and the options I had. She did not assume nothing and focus on why I was coming in for. Definitely professional & knowledgeable. I will make a part 2 after all my appointments finished.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Ciccione! She is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, and always makes me feel completely comfortable during every visit. She takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about her patients. If you get anxious about going to the dentist, she will absolutely put you at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate and talented!

Can’t recommend this practice enough!! The team is genuinely warm and welcoming. Dr. Mann takes the time to listen and makes you feel at ease, which always means so much. The level of attention and professionalism is outstanding, and the quality of dentistry is truly excellent. You can tell they really care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible!
